Prior to the sale of the product, the market, technical support and other departments will provide technical advice, program design and related guidance to the customers.
2. On sale services
For the customers who choose our products, our engineers will provide planning guidance for engineering technology, wiring requirements, and secondary customized development consultation to ensure the project progress.
3. After-sales service
Warranty service commitment
In order to protect your rights and interests we would provide you with warranty service as stated below.
The one-year warranty is applicable to products sold from our legitimate sales channels.
Main parts refer to the circuit board, LCD screen, power module, power supply, fingerprint sensor, internal data cable, etc., which is not damaged by human force. The warranty is one year. If the component has been discontinued, we cannot replace with the same type parts but to upgrade, the price difference of which would be the user’s responsibility. And if the upgrade involves replacement of other components, those replacement parts shall be paid in full amount.
Wearing parts (e.g lens) warranty period is six months in case of non-manmade damage for free replacement, and one year for guarantee. For RMA exceeds warranty period, we shall charge labor cost and material cost accordingly, and give 3 months warranty for the repaired parts.
Keypad, housing, cable, front cover, U-disk, the software disk and other accessories are not guaranteed. Please provide corresponding warranty card or purchase invoice with authorized agents’ company stamp for the defective unit repair.
If you can not promptly provide above material or the provided material are not clear or inaccurate, the company shall deem the warranty period since 30 days after the shipment date.
Product replacement or refund
For the products not used, customers can choose to replacement or refund.
For the products that have been used within 30 days since the purchase date (as on purchase invoice), and have been diagnosed by our company as quality problem, customers can choose to replacement or refund.
1. The devices with mad-made damage must be paid in full amount of repair charge (e.g., cracks and scratches of fingerprint sensor, obvious scratches on the surface of the case, cracks of or liquid dispersion of screen, etc.).
2. For the products that have been disassembled without prior approval by sales agent or distributors of legitimate sales channels, we shall refuse replacement or refund. Warranty period is counted since the date printed on warranty card.
The warranty does not cover the following products:
That exceed the warranty period;
That are damaged by mal-operation maintenance or installation as required in the user manual;
That have been disassembled or repaired by personnel without authorization;
Whose warranty certificate has been altered;
The warranty certificate on the product type or number of which is not compliant with goods;
The damages caused by force majeure.
